This cottage is for the ultimate fisherman's dream, having their boat docked out back for easy access through the Ten Thousand Islands. You will have easy access with a boat ramp and trailer parking provided.

There are four restaurants in the town which are casual dining, and are all in walking distance. All have a distinct atmosphere and a distinct local flair. There's no shortage of entertainment thanks to some of the best local musicians. There's easy access to some of the best retail areas around with Marco Island and Naples.

Cancellation & payment policy:
Guests pays half the fee for the deposit to book. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to check-in date.
Guests will receive reminders to pay the remaining balance 2 days before,1 day before, and on the specified collection day. If the deposit is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically canceled the next day.
Guests can cancel up to 5-days before check-in for a full refund. If guest cancel within 5 days before check-in, the first night, as well as the service fee and 50% off nights after that, are non-refundable. If the guests checks in and decides to leave early, the next 24 hours are charged in full, and the following nights included in the booking will be charged at 50%.
