This is a unique corner condo with windows on all sides. Not the mid building beach view. We have windows in all directions.
Comfortable furnishings and Stocked kitchen make this a great vacation location for couples or a family.
The space
Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom corner condo on 14th floor.
Beach views from multiple windows. Large open air lanai with amazing beach views.
We have a King bed, two single beds and if needed a crib (advanced notice needed) and if desired someone could sleep on the couch (sheets and blanket provided).
Guest access
Full 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with in suite washer and dryer.
Other things to note
Parking on site is $50 per vehicle per week. This is to be paid at the front desk when you arrive.
We get you started with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small dish soap and new sponge for the kitchen, one roll of paper towels and a small amount of laundry soap.
Beach accessories available: chairs, umbrella, cooler
Turtle Season is from May 1-Oct 31. You have the chance to see big Loggerhead turtles crawling on to the beach to lay their eggs. They maybe you’ll see the babies hatch and run back to the sea. From 9pm to 7am window blinds must be closed by Marco Island City ordinance. We need to keep the beach dark. Many signs in the condo building and in the unit for more information.
