The house is located 1 block behind the JW Marriott Hotel which is the central location for the beach on Marco Island. A 5 minute walk you will be in the lobby of the hotel, a 10 minute walk you will be at the public beach entrance. Our house has all the beach equipment for your everyday needs, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. 10 Minute walk to many restaurants, shops, & Movie theatre. Inquire for long term stays and discounts.
The space
The House was built in 2003 and has a very nice floor plan throughout, with a large living room and kitchen. Also the 'huge' lanai with desired Southern exposure will get sun on the deck all day long. With a pool, hot tub, and plenty of room to sunbathe.
Being located on a large corner lot the house really sets up 'big'. We recently just painted the entire house, as well as landscape. More to come in the summer in regards to landscaping. Many amenities inside, Full kitchen, washer and dryer in house, WI-FI Throughout, Flat screen TVs in all the rooms including den. The house really has it all, and more to come as we continue to add on to our newly purchased house.
