This unit is located on Caxambas Bay and features rare, unobstructed water views where you can watch seagulls dive and dolphins play! Just a short drive to Naples and Tiger Tail Beach, this property is also within walking distance to public beach access, the heated pool, tennis courts, and more. This ground-level unit with NO STEPS has parking directly outside the front door. 30-day monthly calendar stay is required by HOA.
The space
This unit is part of the Commodore Club which is a more intimate property. Built in 1979 and located at 991 South Collier Boulevard, this waterfront structure was recently renovated to provide guests with more modern amenities. The building only has thirty-four units throughout two floors making it a quiet and peaceful location for families and traveling adults alike.
***Due to HOA there are specific documents and background information required for 30 day lease guests. A 100.00 separate fee is required.
Its well-kept, plush, green grounds and native foliage are exceptionally welcoming. The surrounding amenities include tennis courts, a boat dock, and a pool with a covered table area. It's also within walking distance to public beach access.
The property is located on Caxambas Bay which does not allow boat lifts. This is very RARE for the area. As a result, our guests LOVE the beautiful views of the bay from within and around the unit!
This is a safe location. Guests often enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, jogging, bike riding, or eating out with friends and family!
ABOUT THE UNIT
This cozy 1,202 square foot unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. There is a kitchen, living room, bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a private screened-in balcony. For your convenience, we provide basic consumable toiletries for use during your stay.
As mentioned above, this unit does NOT have any steps. Designated Parking (1 parking spot)is also located directly across from the front door.
LIVING ROOM:
Relax in your living room after a long day on the water in any of your seating option- a large couch or comfortable sitting chairs. Watch a movie with friends on your flatscreen TV as you unwind for the night.
DINING ROOM
The living room is open to the attached dining room. Enjoy a meal with family and friends around the large table with seating for 6. This is also a great location for game night!
KITCHEN
As you enter your fully stocked kitchen area, you will find a coffee maker with coffee to get you started during your stay. The pass-through window to the dining room doubles as a bar seating area. Sit and enjoy appetizers as the chef of the group fixes a tasty dinner for you to enjoy!
BEDROOM ONE
Relax and unwind in your comfortable king-size bed as you watch your favorite show on your flatscreen TV. You will love the convenience of the attached bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is plenty of storage for you to unpack and utilize during your stay.
BEDROOM TWO
The spacious second bedroom features two single beds. These beds are configured to a comfortable King bed. Enjoy the natural light that filters through the large window or close the blinds when you are ready for some privacy.
LAUNDRY
Planning to stay a while? Take advantage of your full-size in-unit washer and dryer. You can conveniently wash your towels and clothing here throughout your stay.
LANAI
Grab your morning (or evening coffee) and head out to the screened-in lanai just off the living room. You will LOVE the view of the bay. Quickly access the heated pool from here or sit and relax as you take in the calming scenery.

The entire unit is yours to access throughout your stay- with NOT steps. Take advantage of the heated pool, tennis courts, nearby car wash, and more during your stay!
One assigned parking space is provided just steps from your unit entrance. Additional parking is available if needed for one car in visitor space.

-Activities include: Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and movies.
-Full beach services available at the resorts: wave runners, parasailing, sailboats, kayaks, windsurfing, etc.
-Marco Island is 20 minutes from the Everglades for airboat rides, seeing alligators, birds, and seasonal manatee sightings.
-Nature Conservancy and other preserve areas within close distance.
-Fishing can be done from the bay or deep water.
-Golfing
-Five-star shopping and dining.
-Naples is 20 minutes away.
-Boat rentals at marina (fishing, shelling, private island).
